Payment and funding information

I do my best to keep my costs to an absolute minimum; however as this is a private service it is important to be aware of what funding and payment options are available. This package is designed to help answer some commonly asked questions.

Payment plans:

Some families find that it assists them to develop a payment plan (particularly where there are complex funding arrangements). Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss what your options are.

How to pay:

We accept payment from the following methods:

• Cash
• Cheque
• Direct Debit
• EFTPOS (in person or over the phone)
• Funding bodies such as FahCSIA, Medicare, insurance companies, etc.

 Cancellation Policy:

As this is a family friendly practice, we are aware of the sudden illnesses and problems that arise with children at the last moment. For that reason, if you can call the practice before 8.00 am the morning you are unable to attend, there will be no charge for the session that day.

However, any cancellations after that time and forgotten appointments will attract a fee equivalent to 75% of the sessional fee.
